- Built the React Native app from first commit to App Store review: workouts, meals, an AI coach. 699 commits.
- Wrote the native Swift: Lock Screen Live Activities, home-screen widgets and Apple Health sync.
- Cut the AI coach’s response time from 44 s to 13 s by measuring token throughput and switching models.
- Brought a 10,700-line screen under test and built in-app bug reports that steered the beta.
Tour Platform — office system for tour bus operators
- Built the booking system Kalitravel’s office runs on every day, replacing spreadsheets and phone calls. 400+ commits.
- Designed multi-tenant isolation with PostgreSQL row-level security; verified six languages with Playwright tests.
